We have over 40 years of experience in property and finance and know how stressful it is to buy a house and all the things you need to consider.  
Our experts will help you through the whole process from the initial enquiry to collecting the keys. We will provide weekly updates - giving you peace of mind and always a clear picture of where you are and the next steps.

We charge a typical fee of £495 for submitting applications, however, this is dependent upon individual circumstances.

Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

*The Mortgage Partner does not directly advise on these subjects so you will be passed to one of our business partners. Equity release is a lifetime mortgage. To understand the features and risks ask for a personalised illustration. Will writing services, Commercial Loans and some forms of Buy to Let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

We are looking for new self-employed advisers as our business grows.  We are a small family run business that focus on developing our people and building relationships with our customers. 

 

Our people model takes the best of the employed world like incentivising quality work and growing our advisers with the best of the self-employed world like great work life balance, great commission rates and allowing you to develop your business in the best way.

Your role is to be the expert and help our clients through the process from enquiry to collecting keys by making complex financial decisions simple to understand and allowing them to make the right decisions.

What's in it for you?

  • Pay up to 80% commission on banked income, however, up to 100% on certain products

  • Option to supply you with leads (this is 60% commission)

  • We support you with an agreed number of development days 

  • We help you set up your own social media footprint to generate your own leads

  • We provide you with business cards, literature and stationary support

  • We have the option of admin support for cases at £36 each. A cost-effective way of supporting you and your compliance

  • Dedicated support to sell Wills if you wish for an extra income 

  • Support to obtain the Equity Release exam and be able to advise on Equity Release

  • We offer insurances from a number of different providers

  • Whole of Market for mortgages
